Youthenasia Theatre Co.

Youthenasia Theatre Co. is a company established specifically for young people aged between 17 and 25 who have an interest in theatre.

It is a relatively new group but its first production Teechers was a resounding success.

Unlike Barnsley Children’s Theatre and Spotlight Theatre inc. there is only one group for the young adults, based at Darfield Foulstone School.

Also unlike the other groups entrance to Youthenasia Theatre co. is by audition only.

The group meets on a Wednesday from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Subs are £2.50 per week.

Well done to everyone involved for a truly stunning piece of theatre. The audience response has been fantastic: 'superb', 'powerful performances', 'great theatre', 'magnificent', 'stupendous' etc.
